Members of the public to note that this is the only opportunity to address the parish council and that the meeting will be “closed” to the public after this item unless a member of the council specifically asks a member of the public for comment or to answer a question (though the public is welcome and encouraged to stay and listen to the deliberations of the council)

1. Hillcrest, Foy HR9 6RD – Proposed siting of 12 no. holiday lodges for use as tourist accommodation on land within the established planning unit. Council to receive update from Herefordshire Council enforcement officer.
2. Apple Garth – Council to consider concerns raised by a resident via the website contact form regarding possible change of use.
3. Church Road Development (231460) – Council to receive update from Chair and Vice Chair and agree necessary actions including, but not limited to, if appropriate, Lengthsman investigative works and formal complaint regarding Herefordshire Council staff conduct.

a) To consider and agree any urgent new highway/footpath issues to be reported to BBLP/HC.
b) Council to review issues at Ross Road junction, any response from the nursery (if received) and agree necessary actions.
c) Council to consider update from Clerk regarding siting additional depth markers at Foy and agree next steps.
d) Lengthsman Scheme 2024/25 – council to consider details received for the scheme next financial year and agree next steps
e) To consider update on tasks for the Lengthsman and agree any actions.

a) To consider consultation correspondence regarding the Hills Ford Stages event due to be held on 14th & 15th September passing through Hole-in-the-Wall on the second day – information shared with councillors prior to meeting
b) To consider consultation correspondence regarding the Babble Ride Across Britain 7th – 15th September passing through the parish in the 3rd day.

Tuesday 6th February, 1.30 – 2.30pm – Herefordshire Council – Additional consultation session for parish and town councils re: County Plan – Zoom session must be pre=booked to obtain link.

• Light pollution – advice from HC (once obtained)
• Foy Bridge – Council to consider update received from Spencer Bridge Engineering and Ward Cllr. Durkin and agree next steps. This matter is currently with BBLP Bridge Engineers (Chris Wright) and an update is awaited.
• Councillor Numbers / Community Governance Review – Council to receive update from Clerk and agree next steps. (latest information from HC suggests that this cannot be carried out until 2025
