C26/42 Notice Board at Hole-in-the-Wall – Council to consider the information provided by the Locality Steward and agree whether to persevere with the original location or look to find an alternative site for the replacement notice board. Council also to consider clear identification on the boards.

C26/43 Possible Future Projects – Council to consider the proposed £1000 per annum to be ring-fenced from 2027/28 onwards with a view to including details in the 27/28 budget.

• Councillor Numbers / Community Governance Review – once advice received from HALC regarding their proposed “group approach” to HC. Unlikely now until after the 2027 local elections.
