f) Request from How Caple, Sollershope and Yatton Group Parish Council for a stile on FY1 to be replaced with a gate.

i. Various updates relating to roads including resurfacing works in and around the parish between meetings

v. Formal statement regarding the proposed Central Government funding allocation and the unfairness on rural councils such as Herefordshire.

xii. Corporate Peer Challenge Review (following the visit in June 2025) confirms progress being made in various areas across the council.

d) Ross Walkers are Welcome – final report on the gates project undertaken over the last 3 years, including map of all gates installed.
e) Diocese of Hereford – information about a proposed twinning with the Zhytomyr Oblast region of Ukraine. It is hoped that this will be an active twinning with links formed between similar parish and town councils as well as other organisations. Request for any PCs who want to take part.
f) Lloyds Bank – update to Terms and Conditions
g) Ellie Chowns MP – details of surgery and public meeting dates
h) Cradley & Storridge PC – Summary of PCs S137 grants as detailed by those who responded.

• Councillor Numbers / Community Governance Review – once advice received from HALC regarding their proposed “group approach” to HC.
• Road cleaning – council to reconsider once activity related to Local Drainage Fund has been completed and costs provided by the Lengthsman.
