The Annual Parish Meeting is different to the scheduled Parish Council meetings, this is an entirely open meeting where residents can discuss with, or bring anything to the attention of, the council. Additionally, this year, the parish council is asking residents for suggestions for small parish projects. At a recent meeting, it was decided that the council would budget £1,000 per year – from 2027/28 onwards – to be spent on a local project that enhances the parish in some way. The APM next week is your first opportunity to influence what the first project could be.

Discussion Item : Councillors to seek suggestions from those present, for future small projects to improve the local neighbourhood / environment. Having made a decision to budget funds each year from 2027/28 onwards for specific small parish projects, the PC is keen to receive suggestions from residents as to how such funds could best be utilised.
