Some residents may be aware that one of the 30mph signs is missing on the Ross Road from Ross towards Brampton Abbotts.
With the budgetary restrictions and prioritisation of highways activity within Herefordshire Council, it could take some considerable time to get the sign replaced and there are concerns that failure of non-local motorists to adhere to the limit could result in an accident in the meantime.
If anyone has any knowledge of how the sign was knocked from its post, or where the sign is now, it would be extremely helpful if it could be passed to a member of the Parish Council so that its reattachment to the post can be arranged promptly.
