a) To consider and agree comments relating to applications:
231460 Land South of Church Road, Brampton Abbotts
Proposed variation of condition 1 of planning permission 223597 (Application for variation of conditions 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 & 10 Appeal Ref: APP/W1850/W/19/3232124 of planning permission 163755 (Construction of 10 no. residential dwellings, 10 no. car ports and 2 no. garages and associated works) – to vary the pre-commencement conditions to allow a material start and implementation of the planning permission before 4/02/23) – substitution of the house-types originally approved for alternative designs, with minor revisions to the garaging and incorporation of renewable energy sources; namely flush- fitting solar PV panels
