Following queries raised by local residents about accessing the parish council draft minutes, please be advised that this is the correct link to use to go directly to them.
If you are on the website, both the Latest Draft Minutes and the main Minutes “buttons” can be accessed from all the main pages on the website, by scrolling down to the bottom of the pages.
Shortly after the minutes have been approved by the parish council (at the meeting following the meeting to which the minutes refer) they will be transferred to the main Minutes page – filed by calendar year.
It should be noted that occasionally up to date pages are not seen because an appliance has cached pages, so if you are having difficulties, it is worth restarting your appliance or deleting caches/history.
Occasionally, the parish council does experience technical difficulties beyond its control, but if you have any difficulties accessing the minutes or agenda, please advise the Clerk using the contact form and she will investigate and attempt to resolve the problem.
