To help facilitate councillor attendance at meetings, future scheduled meetings will now take place on the 4th Wednesday of alternating months (January, March, May, July, September and November) unless otherwise detailed on the website and local parish notice boards.
Additional meetings may be called to enable the council to consider urgent business that cannot wait until the next scheduled meeting. These will also be detailed on the website and local notice boards.
