This is an update to the information provided on the website on 1st August 2024.
In that update, the PC advised that it was seeking a face-to-face meeting with Herefordshire Council staff as part of the official complaints process.
That meeting took place in December and the minutes of the meeting are now available here.
Some matters remain outstanding and the PC is continuing to press for further information and updates from Herefordshire Council.
