i. Council to receive update on 2025/26 works.

C25/126 Village Hall – Council to consider proposed project to receive donation from the PC and agree actions.
C25/127 AGAR Assertion 10 – Council to review documents and procedures to ensure that they adhere to Assertion 10 requirements, and agree any necessary additions / changes.
C25/128 English Devolution Bill – Council to consider information provided by HALC including the risk that PCs will be sidelined, and agree whether to take any action.
C25/129 Litter near Pumping Station – Council to consider suggestion that Welsh Water be asked to relocate the gate closer to the road to avoid the area being used as a dumping area.
C25/130 Medium / Long Term Planning – Council to consider and agree any medium / long term goals and associated actions.

a) Herefordshire Council –
i. Various updates relating to roads including resurfacing works in and around the parish between meetings
ii. Notification that Graham have been appointed to deliver detailed design and early works on the Hereford Bypass.
iii. Slides etc. from the Nature Recover consultation event – forwarded to councillors.
iv. Notification that HC has submitted a county-wide bid for UK City of Culture 2029
b) Ward Cllr. Barry Durkin – February and March reports (also available on PC website)
c) HALC – 10 things you need to know – Feb 2026, including possible capping of Precepts, AGM and new Regional Spatial Plans – forwarded to councillors
d) Midlands Air Ambulance – request to raise awareness for the charity as it receives no government funding. Each air ambulance mission costs an average of £2,950 and each car mission averages £288.
e) Brampton Abbotts Village Hall – AGM to take place on Friday 24th April from 5.30 followed by pub night at 6pm

• Councillor Numbers / Community Governance Review – once advice received from HALC regarding their proposed “group approach” to HC.
• Road cleaning – council to reconsider once activity related to Local Drainage Fund has been completed and costs provided by the Lengthsman.
• Notice board replacement – once Locality Steward returns to work
• Foy Bridge – follow up additional report(s) as and when available.
• NDP – to confirm the PCs position
