b) Council to consider Lengthsman report after camera investigations on Ross Road (east)
c) Foy Bridge – council to consider any update available as a result of the Ward Councillor 6 monthly meeting on 4th April, regarding possible grant funding, and agree next steps.
d) Flooding at Barcombe Grange – council to receive update on actions to date and agree next steps.
e) Lengthsman
i. Information item – council to note that the grant per km has been increased for 2024/25 from £60 to £120.
ii. Council to review Lengthsman contract (from HC) and approve / sign and agree any related actions.
iii. Council to review advice from HC regarding PRoW funding for the replacement of minor PRoW assets or minor maintenance.
f) 50th Anniversary of the Wye Valley Walk – Information Item – Council to note that John Shirahilo will be attending an event on 15th April on behalf of the PC and will provide feedback for the May meeting.
g) To consider update on tasks for the Lengthsman and agree any actions.

C24/28 D Day 80th Anniversary Celebration – Council to consider whether to arrange an event on or around the 6th June such as a beacon lighting of other community event.

i. Minerals & Waste Local Plan – notification that the plan has been adopted
ii. Local Plan Consultation – now live – responses by 20th May.

w/c 8th April and throughout April – 1-2-1 sessions with HC for advice on the impact of the Local Plan on existing NDPs. Council to agree preferred dates and attendees.
