 C22/151          Village Hall Events Committee and Kings Coronation – Cllr. Diggle to lead, council to discuss contributing to the village hall coronation event and agree any necessary actions / funding, as well as considering / agreeing any ongoing event involvement.  Council to also consider correspondence from the Cake Club regarding a permanent memorial and agree any necessary actions.

C22/152          Highways / Footpaths / Greenspaces / Environment (15 minutes)

  1. To consider updates on matters already raised, and agree any necessary actions.
  2. To consider and agree any new highway/footpath issues to be reported to BBLP/HC.
  3. To consider update on tasks for the Lengthsman and agree any actions.
  4. Council to consider latest communication regarding additional funding from HC for PCs within the Lengthsman scheme and agree any necessary actions.

 C22/153          Notice Boards – to consider the necessary materials to facilitate the installation of the new wall mounted boards, and agree necessary actions.

C22/154          River Wye pollution.  Cllr. Proctor to report back from Environment seminar and council to consider and agree next steps as necessary.

 C22/155          Brampton Abbotts Church Regeneration Group (BACRG)  Council to review recent statements and actions and agree whether any actions are necessary at this time.

 C22/156          May meeting / APM arrangements – Council to confirm date and scheduling for the May meetings (taking into account the election process)
