Application for approval of details reserved by conditions 2 & 5 attached to planning permission 231460.
PC to note that representations are not sought for applications to discharge conditions but the Chair and Vice Chair have provided comment in line with what was agreed at the previous meeting.

The PC did not object in principle but asked for clarification on the exact proposed use of the entire building

C24/43 Highways / Footpaths / Greenspaces / Environment (10 minutes)
a) To consider and agree any urgent new highway/footpath issues to be reported to BBLP/HC.
b) PRoW maintenance funding from HC – Clerk to update on matters passed to HC for consideration.
c) Junction at Oak House Nursery – council to reconsider safety issues associated with traffic and agree necessary actions.
d) 50th Anniversary of the Wye Valley Walk – Council to receive update from John Shirahilo after attending information event.
e) To consider update on tasks for the Lengthsman and agree any actions.
C24/44 Bin / Waste Collection – Council to consider adding an existing bin to the Lengthsman schedule.
C24/45 Notice Boards – Clerk to update regarding Hole-in-the-Wall notice board
C24/46 Risk Assessment – To review risk schedule, suggested amendments and comments from Cllrs. Teague and Diggle and agree any necessary amendments or actions
C24/47 Parish Welcome Pack – Council to consider resident suggestion that the PC prepare a new resident welcome booklet / pack for people who move into the village.

i. various updates relating to roads, services and HC staffing.
ii. Advice relating to Code of Conduct and Respect.
b) BA Village Hall – confirmation that they are using the old notice board and a thank you to the PC.

a) Herefordshire Council – Local Plan – responses by 20th May – Council to note that the Clerk has requested an extension of time to accommodate the scheduled meeting. Council to agree what, if any representation is required.
b) Wye Valley National Landscape – Position Statements – responses by 14th June.
