• Latest drainage plan provided by Cape Homes – including details of any amendments since original plan(s), reasoning / benefits etc. and how the proposals ensure that the existing system will not be overloaded.
• Latest information on which designs the properties are being built to (finishes, boundary treatments etc.)

e) Council to consider flooding issue raised by neighbouring parish, re Chantry Farm, Perrystone, and agree any necessary actions.

b) Police and Crime Commissioner – notification that the results of the Town and Parish Council survey are now available online.
c) Herefordshire Council / Severn Wye – information on home efficiency funding grants to low income households without access to mains gas.
d) Herefordshire Council – notification of changes to postal and proxy voting requirements from 31st October 2023 onwards
e) Herefordshire Council – Christmas / New Year waste collections changes
f) Herefordshire Council – Notification that Electoral Services have moved to Blueschool Street.

a) Herefordshire Council – Public Space Protection Order (dogs). Consultation regarding whether to renew the order as it is, or make amendments. Responses required from all PCs by 13th December 2023.
b) Herefordshire Council – Have your say on future garden waste collections – responses by 19th January 2024.
c) Herefordshire Council – Your County, Your Say – online consultation feeding into the County Plan 2024-2028.
d) Herefordshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan – advice that the Inspector’s examination final report has been received, concluding that subject to modifications, the plan is sound and compliant. The Cabinet will decide early in 2024 whether to adopt the plan.

Tuesday 16th (am), Wednesday 17th (pm) and Monday 22nd (eve. Via Teams) January – BBLP / HC Stakeholders information sessions for the 24/25 Annual Plan. AM and PM sessions to be held at Thorn Business Park, Hereford.
Tuesday 9th (pm) and Wednesday 10th (eve.) January – HC – Online consultation sessions for the development of the 2024-2028 County Plan. These are Zoom sessions and need to be registered for.

• Light pollution – advice from HC (once obtained)
• Notice Boards – new – Council to consider update from Clerk regarding location for Hole-in-the-Wall board and agree next steps – still awaiting land ownership plan from HC
• Foy Bridge – Council to consider update received from Spencer Bridge Engineering and Ward Cllr. Durkin and agree next steps. This matter is currently with BBLP Bridge Engineers (Chris Wright) and an update is awaited.
• Councillor Numbers / Community Governance Review – Council to receive update from Clerk and agree next steps. (latest information from HC suggests that this cannot be carried out until 2025
